ASTRONOMIA TODO DIANão poderia deixar essa data passar em branco, mesmo porque foi devido ao total desconhecimento de um repórter em um grande veículo de comunicação brasileiro que resolvi iniciar esse blog. Hoje, dia 24 de Novembro faz exatamente 150 do lançamento da primeira edição do livro que mudaria drasticamente nossa visão do mundo: On the Origin of the Species e não a Teoria da Evolução Natural como clamou o então repórter no início desse ano.
O livro foi um verdadeiro marco na história da humanidade e não só no que diz respeito as espécies animais, mas também, nas áreas de geologia, geografia, historia, filosofia entre outras. A bordo de um navio inglês, o então jovem Charles Darwin saiu para uma viagem ao redor do mundo, onde pôde apreciar as mais diversas culturas, conhecer as mais diferentes espécies, desbravar terras até então intocadas e depois em um minucioso trabalho relatar tudo isso em um livro que quase não foi publicado.
Muito do que Darwin viu, coletou e aprendeu durante a sua viagem se deve ao capitão FitzRoy, um verdadeiro aventureiro, corajoso e um artista, que conseguiu registrar tudo o que o pequeno Beagle (navio que levou Darwin mundo afora) passou.

Algumas pessoas, principalmente aquelas que trabalham com a opinião pública deveriam ler e aprender um pouco sobre essa teoria, ou pelo menos aprender o nome certo dos livros, principalmente de um livro tão importante que mudou o modo de pensar sobre muitas coisas. Vida longa Darwin, parabéns!!!
